Michael Lawrence has over 30 years diverse experience in assisting small and medium businesses (primarily <$20M turnover) with all aspects of their operations, focusing on helping owners increase their understanding of their business, identify bottlenecks to achieving goals and growing their bottom line profitability. In addition he has collaborated on and delivered a range of regional projects for Councils and not for profit organisations. All of this is underpinned by very strong people management skills.
